Be an informed buyer! Don't fall for the buy-down rates or home equity loans! It may seem like you are saving money but in the long run it is not a smart choice.
At REAL RV LOANS we have the lowest competitive rates that are available. The loans we offer are for RV's. An RV is a luxury item, why put your home in jeopardy if a financial crisis was to occur? There is never a time when it is appropriate to use a home equity line of credit to purchase an RV that is considered a luxury item. There is also no reputable lender that will require your house or savings account as collateral for a loan.
Call if you have any questions call and speak to one of our staff. They are experienced in the RV industry and can explain the difference in these loans. All of the reputable RV lenders will have very similar rates. The difference will be in the service and the processing fees AND the way your application is handled. Make sure they are not going to shotgun your credit! That means sending it to multiple banks to see who comes back with the lowest rate. Every time your credit is pulled it lowers your score. We are in touch with all the major RV banks and know, on a daily basis, which is offering the best rate.
The application process for a new or used RV, to get a pre-approval or to refinance is the same. A pre-approval gives you the advantage of having the money available when you find the RV unit you want and also locks in the interest rate for a period of 60, sometimes 90 days.
The buyer will complete an application that will give the proposed lender information about his ability to repay the loan, a profile of his credit history. The bank will assess the information and set the interest rate. NO ONE can give you a real quote until the bank looks at your application, they are only guessing and want your signature on the dotted line. The buyer can determine how long the term will be within the guidelines set by the lender, usually 7 – 20 yrs, depending on the amount of the loan. Once the paper work is approved and signed by the customer the money is available and usually sent by wire to the seller of the RV.
At REAL RV LOANS you always have staff available to answer your questions. They will keep you informed every step along the way. We take all the worry and hassles out of the process, doing all the work for you once we receive your application. There is an on-line application, you can print of off and mail or fax it to us. Security on the application page is the best money can buy. If you have concerns you can call and we will take your application over the phone.
Millions of people enjoy the freedom of the open road, traveling the highways to visit family and friends, visiting our beautiful national parks, a weekend trip to the beach, all with the convenience of having your own kitchen, living room, bedroom, your own home away from home! You have worked hard and planned for an RV. Now is the time, to make the dream a reality.
We have the made the process as easy as possible, we’re here to answer your questions and find the rates and program that best suit your needs.
